If you’re like I was, your rosacea has become the dominant aspect of your life. It determines what you eat, where you go, the amount of fun you’re having at a certain time and various other parts of life that, to outsiders who don’t have rosacea, seem like a strange thing. I blog about rosacea because I remember what it was like to have such a condition that always made me shrink back from life. I hated it. I wish I could describe my feelings here so those who feel the same know that they are not alone. You’re not. Just remember that.
I treated my rosacea through a combination of methods. The first thing I did was treat my live by doing a liver flush. I highly recommend you do this. Whatever method you use, just focus on getting your liver cleansed. I used the Hulda Clark method, which to some may seem harsh, but it worked for me. There are other ways, but the main point is, your liver needs to be flushed.
Second, I took L-Lysine amino acid supplements. These are cheap and available in your grocery store vitamin section. Take a few per evening and watch how your skin begins healing faster. I don’t take them anymore because my rosacea has subsided permanently.
Finally, use a natural treatment on your skin to help heal your flareups. Zenmed is an excellent natural treatment system which I highly recommend. You can find this rosacea treatment here.
Be sure to do all these steps. I can’t tell you how good it feels to be free of rosacea. Honestly, it’s been so long now without flareups (years) that I just take it for granted, so sometimes I need to be reminded how bad it used to be. The Lord answered my prayer and I think it’s only proper to help others find the same relief I have.

how much lysine did you take?
Started with just one per day. It’s pretty standard whatever brand you try. Some have said they see results with more than one per day, so there’s really no standard answer to that.
Did you have pustules as well or just a pink/red face?
Thanks!
