Your skin looks great. I also have rosacea and possibly must have some skin sensitivities on top of that because I felt like alot of surface oriented skincare products either had little or worse effect on me. I tried Kamins and Dermadoctor and they seemed to have little effect for me.

What finally worked for me was addressing my insides. My rosacea showed serious improvement after I improved my diet, got on a serious vitamin routine and also after my doctor (who is an MD but practices in Chinese and homeopathic meds) started addressing the pH balance in my system. I don't see alot of rosacea information out there that addresses internal causes. Probably because there is not a magic pill you can take to make you have a healthier lifestyle.

Started with just one per day. It's pretty standard whatever brand you try. Some have said they see results with more than one per day, so there's really no standard answer to that.

Thanks for posting this. I've wondered about this before, but never got the urge to do it because I felt it would be too complicated. It does make sense, though. I'll report back if I do a liver cleanse. I have my doubts as usual. :)

Cleansing the liver is good, but I think it's something more to do with blood vessels than the liver. How would the liver make blood vessels inflamed? L-Lysine definitely works, though. I'ts what I use most, but I still have an occasional phase where nothing works.

I haven't thought of my liver having anything to do with rosacea, but it definitely makes sense. I might try your recommendation. Thanks. -Jason
